Dr. Aileen Caceres is a board-certified gynecologist, cosmetic surgeon, and fellowship-trained specialist in minimally invasive gynecologic and robotic surgery. As the founder of Caceres Specialized Gynecology and ReJuv Cosmetic Surgical Institute and MedSpa, Dr. Caceres offers a comprehensive array of surgical, medical, and aesthetic services tailored to meet the unique needs of her patients. With locations in Orlando, Florida, her practices combine cutting-edge technology with compassionate, patient-centered care.  

Dr. Caceres is internationally recognized for her expertise in advanced gynecologic surgery, particularly in the treatment of complex conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, chronic pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse. She is a pioneer in minimally invasive surgical techniques, specializing in robotic and laparoscopic procedures that ensure faster recovery and reduced postoperative discomfort. Additionally, as a board-certified cosmetic surgeon, she performs a range of aesthetic and restorative procedures, helping patients look and feel their best.  

Her commitment to excellence extends beyond clinical care. Dr. Caceres is certified in Clinical Cancer Genetics and addresses the surgical needs of patients with hereditary conditions such as BRCA1/2 mutations. She serves as Medical Director for the Comprehensive Genetics and Surgery Program and the Endometriosis Program at AdventHealth Celebration. She also mentors the next generation of physicians as an Associate Professor at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine.
